Study Finds Few Canadians Aware of Peripheral Arterial Disease – Clogged Arteries in the Legs

Two out of three Canadians are not aware of peripheral arterial disease (P.A.D.), a common vascular disease that affects as many as 800,000 Canadians, according to a study published in the Canadian Journal of Cardiology on Friday, January 16, 2009.
